Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 29, 2014 No. 377-FZ "About development of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and the free economic zone in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 48, Art. 6658; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183; No. 52, Art. 7487; 2017, No. 27, Art. 3933; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8411; 2022, No. 1, Art. 35; No. 11, Art. 1596; 2023, No. 12, Art. 1897) following changes:

1) Article 1 after words "other infrastructures," to add with words of "housing construction";

2) Article 12.1 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. For the purposes of this Federal Law the investment project also investment project in the field of housing construction realized taking into account the following features is recognized:

1) one of main objectives of the investment project is development of the territories, including the cities and other settlements;

2) the investment project provides implementation of capital investments in creation and (or) reconstruction of objects of housing stock;

3) the subsequent operation of the created and (or) reconstructed objects of housing stock is not the compulsory provision of implementation of the investment project.";

3) in Article 13:

a) the paragraph one of part 2 after the words "in writing" to add with the words "or in electronic form, signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature";

b) in paragraph one of part 3 of the word "Investment Declaration" shall be replaced with words "If other is not provided by this Article, the investment declaration";
