form of the one-time import permit on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including for the purpose of transit, and export from the Republic of Belarus of hunting weapon and ammunition to it the foreign citizens arriving to the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of hunting according to appendix 1;
