To add 1) after Article 54 with Article of the following content:

"Article 54-1. Preserving powers of the judge

1. In case of abolition or reorganization of court in connection with change of administrative-territorial division in the court location in the period of term of office of the judge appointed the President of Turkmenistan, the judge on administrative and to enforcement proceeding, their powers remain.
