About introduction of temporary ban on export of seeds of colza from the Russian Federation

1. Establish from September 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 inclusive temporary ban on export of seeds of colza (codes 1205 10 900 0 and 1205 90 000 9 CN FEA EEU) (further - colza seeds) from the Russian Federation.

2. The temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) on the colza seeds which are taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

b) on the colza seeds exported automobile and by rail from the territory of the Russian Federation from the check point through frontier of the Russian Federation Zabaykalsk;

c) on the colza seeds which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

d) on the colza seeds which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international intergovernmental agreements;

e) on the colza seeds which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation and also the colza seeds moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states;
