attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 20 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 100 settlement indicators.
3. The actions provided by part 2 of this Article, made using mass media and (or) information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet) if these actions do not contain penal act, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 250 settlement indicators.";
