For the purpose of ensuring execution of the tasks established by presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 8, 2019 No. UP-5847 "About Approval of the Concept of Development of System of the Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2030" of August 8, 2018 No. UP-5505 "About Approval of the Concept of Enhancement of Rule-making Activities", and also enhancement of incentive system of work of professors-teachers and workers by extrabudgetary funds the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for material stimulation of professors-teachers and other employee categories of the highest educational institutions of the republic by extrabudgetary funds according to appendix.

2. Item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 1, 2008 No. 164 "About approval of advanced wages system of employees of the highest educational institutions of the republic" (2008, 8, the Art. 40) to state the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan to No. in the following edition:

"4. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the ministries and departments having the highest educational institutions in the maintaining on limiting establishment of standard rates of ratio of number of students on one teacher of day form of education depending on the directions of formation of bachelor degree and specialties of magistracy:

since 2009/2010 academic years in the ratio 1:10,5;

since 2019/2020 academic years in the ratio 1:12,0;

since 2020/2021 academic years in the ratio 1:14,0;

since 2021/2022 academic years in the ratio 1:16,0;
