Make change to the Standard instruction about procedure for accounting, storage, use and destruction of the documents and other material data carriers containing the office information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2016 No. 736 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 85, of the Art. 2783), having added with its Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. In the conditions of warlike or emergency state the list of data is constituted taking into account temporary restrictions of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the rights and legitimate interests of the legal entities identified by the Presidential decree of Ukraine about introduction of warlike or emergency state in Ukraine approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.".
