About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning public control, enhancement of ministerial procedures

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2003:

add Article 48 with Item 5 of the following content:

The petition moves the applicant by means of the Internet resource determined by authorized body in the field of interaction of the state and civil society (further - Internet resource), or in the form of the written application in the form approved by authorized body in the field of interaction of the state and civil society for placement on Internet resource.

2. In the petition are specified:

1) surname, name, middle name (if it is specified in the identity document), individual identification number, the residence, the e-mail address;
