According to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", "On regulation of town-planning activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts three of article 81 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, Item 9-2 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for development, approval, promulgation of the scheme of placement of shoddy constructions for life support of the population, its structure and content, requirements to shoddy constructions for life support of the population, their construction, transfer and dismantle which is applied.
2. Recommend to bodies and officials of local self-government, to military authorities of settlements to take measures, in particular, to observance of the requirements of availability (inklyuziya) to the available shoddy constructions to life support of the population provided by this resolution.
