1. Article 41-1 - 41-3 Codes of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 41-1. Evasion from participation in collective bargainings according to the conclusion, change or amendment of the collective agreement, agreement

Evasion of persons representing employers or labor unions from participation in collective bargainings according to the conclusion, change or amendment of the collective agreement, agreement in case of their written initiation of one of the parties of collective bargainings, intentional violation of the term of carrying out consultations established by the legislation at first collective bargainings -

attract imposing of penalty from ten to fifty free minima income of citizens.

The penalty is not imposed on persons representing employers at whom the number of workers does not exceed 25 people, or labor unions if they represent the interests of employees of such employers.

attracts imposing of penalty from five to ten free minima income of citizens.
