About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning support of activities for protection of human life at the sea according to international treaties of Ukraine

I. Make the following changes to the section XXI "Final and transitional provisions": provisions" Customs code of Ukraine (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) following changes:
1. Add item 4 with the subitem 17 of the following content:
"17) till January 1, 2024 - ocean ships for use it is exclusive as search and rescue units for the purpose of accomplishment of international treaties of Ukraine in the field of protection of human life on the sea, equipment, the equipment, equipment, spare parts and aggregates of such courts, equipment, equipment and the equipment of search and rescue teams of such courts intended only for carrying out transactions on search and rescuing of people, in distress at the sea in the sea search and rescue region of Ukraine which payment of cost is performed at the expense of means of the government budget and which are classified by such codes according to UKT foreign trade activities:
6307 20 00th 00, 8906 90 10th 00, 8906 90 91 00, 8906 90 99th 00, 9018 90 84 00 (only defibrillators), the 9019th 20, the 9020th 00, 9025 19 00 90 (electronic thermal imagers), 9303 90 00 00 (only line-throwing apparatus), 9402 90 00 00 (only stretcher).
Provisions of this Item do not extend to the goods having origin from the country recognized by the state invader under the law or the state aggressor concerning Ukraine according to the legislation or are imported from the territory of the state invader (state aggressor) or from temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, certain that according to the law.
