About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning counteraction to illicit trafficking in tobacco products
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:
1. Add with Article 479-1 of the following content:
"Article 479-1. Excess by duty-free shop of the sales amounts of tobacco products and/or alcoholic beverages established by the law to one person within one days

2. To add the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" with Items 9-30 and 9-31 of the following content:
"9-30. Before the termination or cancellation of the warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine" About introduction of martial law in Ukraine "of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine" About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX are prohibited:
1) the room in customs regime of duty-free trade and sale (delivery) by duty-free shops, and also placement in them the goods made in Ukraine classified in goods items of 2401-2404 according to UKT foreign trade activities.
