1. Found public organization "National Office on Tourism".

2. To the Ministry of Culture to perform, on behalf of the state, function of the founder of public organization "National Office on Tourism".

3. Approve:

1) the Charter of public organization "National Office on Tourism" according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Organizational structure of public organization "National Office on Tourism" according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of public organization "National Office on Tourism" according to appendix No. 3;

4) Methodology of calculation of rates for the paid services rendered by public organization "National Office on Tourism" according to appendix No. 4;

5) the List and rates for the services rendered by public organization "National Office on Tourism" according to appendix No. 5;

6) Regulations on procedure for forming of the collected income of public organization "National Office on Tourism" according to appendix No. 6.

4. Establish the extreme number of staff of public organization "National Office on Tourism" in number of 25 units with the annual salary fund according to the existing regulatory base on compensation.
