About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning support of activities for protection of human life at the sea according to international treaties of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:
1. In Item 134.1 of Article 134:
in subitem 134.1.5 of the word "operators, received from bookmaker activities, gamblings (including casino), except income gained from gamblings with use of gaming machines" shall be replaced with words" organizers of gamblings, received from activities in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings, except income gained from the organization and carrying out gamblings in slot machine halls";
in subitem 134.1.6 of the word of "gamblings with use of gaming machines" shall be replaced with words "the organizations and carrying out gamblings in slot machine halls".
2. In Item 136.4 of Article 136:
word in paragraph one "bookmaker activities, gamblings (including casino)" shall be replaced with words "activities in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings";
in subitem 136.4.1 of the word of "gamblings with use of gaming machines" shall be replaced with words "the organizations and carrying out gamblings in slot machine halls";
in subitem 136.4.2 of the word "bookmaker activities, gamblings (including casino), except income gained from gamblings with use of gaming machines" shall be replaced with words "activities in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings, except income gained from the organization and carrying out gamblings in slot machine halls".
3. In Item 141.5 of Article 141:
word in paragraph one "bookmaker activities, gamblings (including casino)" shall be replaced with words "activities in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings";
in subitem 141.5.1:
