For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 11, 2019 No. PP-4185 "About additional measures for strengthening of social protection of orphan children and children without parental support", and also for the purpose of enhancement of the legal basis of guarantees of the rights of orphan children and children without parental support or other legal representatives, further strengthening of system of support of the children needing social protection, the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve offers of the Ministry of national education, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
about finding of orphan children and children without parental support or other legal representatives, on complete state providing for training in the public educational, medical and improving and medico-social institutions and after their termination in the academic lyceums, vocational schools, colleges and technical schools (further - educational institutions), and also higher educational institutions;
about monthly payment to the orphan children and children without parental support or other legal representatives who are on complete state providing, studying in educational institutions, money for their personal expenses in the amount of two basic settlement sizes.
2. Determine that:
the expenses connected with allowance payment on acquisition of clothes, footwear and other objects in case of the termination of educational institutions and employment of the orphan children and children without parental support or other legal representatives who are on complete state providing become covered at the expense of the means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan provided on financial provision of activities of state educational institutions for the corresponding year;
