For the purpose of enhancement of single process of determination, selection, realization, monitoring and project evaluation of the state investments realized fully or partially due to external borrowings and grants based on international agreements of the Kyrgyz Republic according to Articles 28, of 35, 62 and 70 Budget codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision on management of the state investments" of May 28, 2019 No. 232 the following changes:

in the Provision on management of the state investments approved by the above-stated resolution:

- Item in paragraph eight 5, Item 23, the paragraph the second Item 32, Items 45, of 48, of 65, of 68, of 74, of 77, of 96, the 126 and 147 word "Government" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;

- in Item 6:
