About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following changes:
1) in Article 1:

"Visa-free regime - the mode in case of which citizens of foreign state have the right without execution of the visa to drive, leave, follow en route, to move and stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic within the fixed terms provided by the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and/or international treaties which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
2) in Article 5-1:
a) the second to state part in the following edition:
"The visa-free regime introduced by the Kyrgyz Republic unilaterally or on the principles of reciprocity is performed based on the regulatory legal acts approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
b) add Article with part four of the following content:
"For the purpose of ensuring national security and protection of public health of the Kyrgyz Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to suspend fully or partially visa-free regime of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic according to the approved offer of bodies of homeland security, authorized state bodies in the field of health care and on realization of foreign policy.";
3) in Article 6:
a) state part one in the following edition:
"Citizens of foreign state concerning whom the visa-free regime is effective can drive, leave, follow en route, move and stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic without execution of the visa and according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, on one of the valid documents.";
b) add Article with part two of the following content:
