About additional measures for enhancement of procedure for rendering electronic types of insurance services

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 2, 2019 No. UP-4412 "About Measures for Reforming and Ensuring the Accelerated Development of the Insurance Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of broad use of modern information technologies, active implementation and development of electronic types of the insurance services DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 16, 2019 No. 222 "About measures for further enhancement of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" to take into consideration that the unified information system of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles (further - unified information system) functioning online, integrated with information systems of the relevant ministries and departments, with the central database of physical persons and legal entities is created.

2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Fund of guaranteeing insurance payments for implementation of electronic insurance services (further - the E-policy) within unified information system.

3. Till July 1, 2021 to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Fund of guaranteeing insurance payments (further - Fund) the information modules integrated with information systems and databases of insurance companies and the interested ministries and departments performing activities for compulsory insurance, intended for realization and execution of E-policies within unified information system.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 05.12.2022 No. 694
