About procedure for entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation citizens of Ukraine

According to part one of article 24 of the Federal Law of August 15, 1996 "About procedure for departure from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation" I decide No. 114-FZ:

1. Determine that citizens of Ukraine perform entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation without execution of visas based on the following valid documents:

a) passport of the citizen of Ukraine;

b) the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad;

c) diplomatic passport;

d) service passport;

e) the certificate of birth (for children aged up to 16 years);

e) the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad of the legal representative of the minor citizen in which information on the child is entered (for departure of minor citizens of Ukraine accompanied by such representatives);

g) the identity certificate of the seaman (in the presence of the muster roll or the statement from it);

h) the identity certificate on return to Ukraine (only for return to Ukraine);

i) certificate of the crew member of the aircraft.

2. The minor citizen of Ukraine can leave the Russian Federation together with one of the legal representatives. If the minor citizen of Ukraine leaves the Russian Federation without the legal representatives, the full age capable person having in case of itself notarially drawn up consent of one of legal representatives to departure of the minor citizen of Ukraine from the Russian Federation accompanied by this person shall accompany him.

3. Citizens of Ukraine can drive to the Russian Federation from the territory of Ukraine according to the documents called in Item 1 of this Decree which effective period expired.
