Approve the Procedure of payments of payment for social housing which is applied.

Procedure of payments of payment for social housing

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out calculation of payment for social housing for citizens who according to the legislation need social protection and have the right to such housing.

2. The payment for social housing joins the payment amount for:

employment of housing;

content of apartment houses and house adjoining territories;

provision of utilities.

3. The rent of social housing is calculated proceeding from book value of the apartment house of certain group of solidity taking into account service life of this house on formula

where Monday - rent of social housing;

B - book value of the apartment house;

With - service life of the apartment house. Classification of housing houses by solidity and terms of their service are determined by Ministry of Construction;

Szp - total area of the house of housing stock of social appointment;

S - total area of the room occupied by the employer and members of his family;

K1 - coefficient of consumer quality of the apartment (house).
