1. Reorganize public body "Methodical center of education" by transformation to public organization "The Center of Consultation in the field of Agricultural Industry and the Rural Zone".

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of public organization "The Center of Consultation in the field of Agricultural Industry and the Rural Zone" in quantity of 11,5 of units.

3. Approve:

1) Regulations on public organization "The Center of Consultation in the field of Agricultural Industry and the Rural Zone", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of public organization "The Center of Consultation in the field of Agricultural Industry and the Rural Zone", according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of public organization "The Center of Consultation in the field of Agricultural Industry and the Rural Zone", according to appendix No. 3.

4. In appendix No. 3-2 to the Order of the Government No. 695/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry (2017, Art. No. 322-328, 797), with subsequent changes, line item "The methodical center of education" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item "The center of consultation in the field of agricultural industry and the rural zone".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
