Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:

1) date of completion of the procedure of accession - date of state registration of the termination of society and state registration of changes in the information about the operator containing in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (further - the Unified state register);

2) the procedure of accession - the one-time special procedure provided by this Law to which the restrictions concerning possibility of accession of joint-stock company to limited liability company determined by the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" and which provides accession of society to the operator are not applied;

3) the decision on the termination of society - the decision of general meeting of shareholders (the single shareholder) of society on the termination by accession to the operator and about formation of the commission on the termination of society.
