About modification of appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009

According to provisions of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also in pursuance of provisions of Item 16 of Notes to appendix 2 of the Law No. 1380/1997 on customs tariff I ORDER:

1. Appendix No. 11 the Section "CODES of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation in case of commodity exportation from customs area of the country, depending on the customs regime requested in accordance with general practice" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), to add with release code "512" following contents:
