About modification of appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009

According to provisions of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also for the purpose of execution of provisions of articles II, III and XVI of the Law No. 212/2023 on modification of some regulations relating to budget tax policy (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, to Art. No. 297-301, 514), I ORDER:

1. In appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876):

a) in the Section "economic agents of east regions of the Republic of Moldova registered in public institution "Agency of the state services" code of release "099" to state CODES of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation when importing on / commodity exportation with customs area of the country depending on the customs regime requested in accordance with general practice in the following edition:
