About modification of appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs service No. 346-O/2009

According to provisions of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also for the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law No. 108/2023 on ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union about participation of the Republic of Moldova in the program "Customs" of the Union about cooperation in the customs sphere signed in Brussels on February 7, 2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, to Art. No. 172-174, 287), I ORDER:

1. In appendix No. 11 undressed "Codes of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation for customs procedure "42" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with code of release "147" in the following edition:
