About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2016 No. 467

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2016 No. 467 "About approval of the Regulations on confirmation of exception of negative impact on the environment of subjects to placement of waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 23, the Art. 3317) the following changes:

"3. This resolution is effective till March 1, 2030";

b) to state Item 7 of the Regulations on confirmation of exception of negative impact on the environment of subjects to the placement of waste approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

"7. The report is drawn up on paper in 2 copies, one of which is stored at person operating subject to placement of waste, and the 2nd copy of the report together with its electronic version on the electronic medium and the cover letter in notifying procedure is represented annually, till June 15 of the year following after accounting year in territorial authority of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service in the location of subject to placement of waste.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
