About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 606

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 606 "About approval of the document forms used in the course of compensation of tax amounts on value added" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 2016 at No. 1069/29199, the following changes:
to exclude paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of Item 1;
the paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:
"2. The conclusions about compensation amounts of the value added tax and the Register of the conclusions about the compensation amounts of the value added tax reported to the authorities of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine move in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine electronically taking into account requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services", "About electronic documents and electronic document management" and no later than the next operational day on paper.";
in the text of this order of the word "bodies of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "bodies of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.
2. Make changes in:
the form of the Conclusion about compensation amounts of the value added tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 606, registered on August 2, 2016 at No. 1069/29199, having been reworded as follows the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine it enclosed;
