Approve cases and conditions concerning separate types of goods in case of which the amount of the provided general providing can be lower than the size of the amounts of customs duties and taxes which payment is provided with such general providing it (is applied).

Cases and conditions concerning separate types of goods in case of which the amount of the provided general providing can be lower than the size of the amounts of customs duties and taxes which payment is provided with such general providing

1. This act is drafted for the purpose of determination of cases and conditions under which the amount of the provided general providing concerning separate types of goods can be lower than the size of the amounts of customs payments which payment is provided with such general providing, and also for simplification of customs clearance and ensuring payment of customs duties and taxes concerning separate types of goods, in particular foodstuff.

2. General providing is provided in the form of pledge of property, cash pledge, the guarantee or the bank guarantee.

3. Concerning the following goods the amount of the provided general providing can be lower than the size of the amounts of customs duties and taxes which payment is provided with such general providing:
