About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather immediate renewal of hearing of cases of rather disciplinary responsibility of judges

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme council of justice" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 7-8, of Art. 50 with the following changes):

second and third Article 42 to state parts in the following edition:

"2. Disciplinary productions concerning judges perform Disciplinary chambers of the Supreme council of justice.

Disciplinary production begins after receipt of justice of the claim of rather minor offense of the judge by the Supreme council, with the notification on making of minor offense by the judge (the disciplinary complaint) made according to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" or at the initiative of Disciplinary chamber of the Supreme council of justice or according to the appeal of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine in the cases determined by the law.

Day of the beginning of implementation of disciplinary production is day of receipt of justice of the corresponding disciplinary claim by the Supreme council or day of acceptance by Disciplinary chamber of the Supreme council of justice of the decision on opening of the corresponding disciplinary case on own initiative or day of receipt of justice of the corresponding appeal of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine by the Supreme council.

3. Disciplinary production includes:

1) preliminary verification of the disciplinary claim, studying of materials for establishment of signs of making by the judge of minor offense, decision making about leaving without consideration and return of the disciplinary claim, refusal in opening of disciplinary case or opening of disciplinary case;

2) preparation of disciplinary case for consideration, consideration of disciplinary case and decision making about attraction to disciplinary responsibility of the judge or about refusal in involvement of the judge to disciplinary responsibility;
