About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2016 No. 5
Based on paragraph two of subitem 2.3-2 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. No. 5 "About determination of qualifiers and features of customs declaring" to be reworded as follows appendix 4-1 to the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2016 it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
