About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of public administration and regulation by provision of cloudy services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 25, Art. 890; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of December 16, 2020 No. 1089-IX and of July 28, 2022 "specially authorized central executive body concerning the organization of special communication and information security" to add No. 2470-IX) after words with words "the regulator of communication services".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About cloudy services" of February 17, 2022 No. 2075-IX:

Part one of Article 2 to add 1) taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:

"communication services - cloudy services and services of data-processing centers;

the regulator of communication services - the central executive body providing forming and realization of state policy in spheres of the organization of special communication, information security";

2) in Article 6:

in the name of the word "by provision" shall be replaced with words "in the field of";

in part one:

in paragraph one of the word "by provision" shall be replaced with words "in the field of";

in Item 3 of the word "what creates and realizes state policy by provision" shall be replaced with words "what provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of";

Paragraph two of part one of Article 7 to state 3) in the following edition:

"realizes state policy in the field of cloudy services".
