According to Item 46.2 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to form of Calculation of part of the net profit (income), dividends for the state share approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 12, 2021 No. 4, registered on March 2, 2021 at No. 264/35886, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of fiscal risks of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
