Article 1.

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 19, 2021 No. 136) the following change:

add with Article 52-1 of the following content:

"Article 52-1. Review of the solution of the Constitutional court

1. The solution of the Constitutional court can be reviewed by it on representation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic or on representation of the chairman of the Constitutional court in cases if:

1) the regulation of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic based on which the decision was made changed;

2) the new addresses of circumstance, essential to subject, unknown to the Constitutional court at the time of decision opened;

3) the decision contradicts moral and moral values, public consciousness of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The Constitutional court makes the decision which changes on review of earlier adopted act or repeals this act.

3. The procedure for consideration of question of review of the solution of the Constitutional court is determined by Regulations of the Constitutional court.".
