About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of National bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in part II of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following change:

"Article 740. Financial agent

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 123) the following changes:

in Article 33:

a) in part three of the word "The Size of the Initial Contribution in case of Sale of the Privatized Object by Installments" shall be replaced with words "In that case the size of the initial contribution in case of sale of the privatized object by installments";

b) add Article with part four of the following content:

"If buyer of state-owned property is the economic society having at least than two thirds of shares of the state in the authorized capital payment of project cost by installments up to one year is allowed, at the same time requirements of this Law for the size of the initial contribution and interest payment for the provided payment by installments do not extend to the buyer.".
