For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the prevention and fight against human trafficking in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2019 No. 101 the following changes:
1) in Item 1 of the word "Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic";
2) in the Rules of the organization of shelter, procedure for their activities, management, financing and organization of control of their activities approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:
"human trafficking - recruitment, transportation, concealment, obtaining, acceptance or the transfer of the person performed from its consent or without consent by threat, use of force or other forms of coercion, blackmail, stealing, fraud, deception, authority misuse or vulnerability of provision or way of bribery or the offer of benefits for receipt of consent of person controlling it for the purpose of operation;";
- in Item 15 to replace the word "ten" with the word "thirty";
Item 3 to declare 3) invalid.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
