About requirements to the organization by the operator of the automated information system of insurance of risk management system

1. The operator of the automated information system of insurance specified in Item 1 of article 33.10 of the Law of the Russian Federation of November 27, 1992 to No. 4015-I "About the organization of insurance case in the Russian Federation" (further - insurance AIS), shall organize the risk management system including, in particular, the following elements:
