Article 1. The serviceman passing military service under the contract and also the military personnel - to the officers, ensigns, warrant officers, the military personnel of extra urgent service passing military service and who did not sign the contract on passing of military service (further for the purpose of this Law - the military personnel passing military service under the contract):

passing military service in the territories of the states of Transcaucasia, the Baltics and the Republic of Tajikistan, salaries on military positions and salaries on military ranks in one-and-a-half size are established;

constantly or temporarily carrying out tasks in the conditions of emergency state and in case of armed conflicts for accomplishment of these tasks salaries on military positions and salaries on military ranks in double size are established.

The serviceman undergoing military service in the conditions specified in paragraphs second and third to part one of this Article establishes salaries on military positions on 1 - 4 job grades both monthly allowances and money payments on the regulations provided for the military personnel passing military service under the contract on the positions which are subject to substitution by soldiers and sailors, sergeants and foremen, and in case of dismissal from military service the lump-sum allowance in the amount of two salaries on military position is paid to them.
