About modification of some Decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of octopuses

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.59 of the following content:

"7.1.59. Separate types of octopuses frozen, the CN FEA EEU classified by code 0307 52 900 0 and held for use in production of food products in the Republic of Belarus, of no more than 180 tons.

Condition of provision of the specified tariff privilege is the confirmation availability about reference of imported goods to the goods specified in this subitem issued by the authorized body of the Republic of Belarus responsible for functioning of fish processing complex, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
