ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2021 No. 405 "About approval of the technical regulation "General Requirements to Fire Safety"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2021 No. 405 "About approval of the technical regulation "General Requirements to Fire Safety" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 24045) the following change:

in the technical regulation "General Requirements to Fire Safety" approved by the specified order:

state Item 31 in the following edition:

"31. Dislocation of divisions of fire service in the territory of settlements and the cities, and also rural settlements is determined proceeding from condition that arrival time of the first fire division to the place of challenge in settlements and the cities shall be no more than 10 minutes, and for rural settlements - no more than 20 minutes.

The number of fire stations and fire trucks for the cities and settlements is determined according to requirements of regulating documents in the field of architecture, town planning and construction.

Creation of non-state fire service in the organizations and objects is performed according to the List of the organizations and objects on which the non-state fire service is without fail created, the approved order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 29, 2023 No. 281 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32631).

Technical equipment of non-state fire service is determined according to the Rules of implementation of activities of non-state fire services approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 7, 2014 No. 782 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9931).".

2. To provide to committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
