About modification of the Regulations on structure and structure of budget classification of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 14 of the Regulations on the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of October 10, 2014 No. 78, and in execution of the order of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 9, 2022 the No. 1 Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission solved:
1. Bring in the Regulations on structure and structure of budget classification of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 15, 2015 No. 42, of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 regarding rendering financial assistance by budget funds of the Eurasian Economic Union in case of realization by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of joint cooperation projects in industries signed on May 25, 2023.
