About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 regarding rendering financial assistance in case of realization by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of joint cooperation projects in industries

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the following changes:

Paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 20 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Financing of activities of bodies of the Union, and also rendering financial assistance by the Commission in case of realization by state members of joint cooperation projects in industries according to the procedure, stipulated in Article 92 this Agreements, are performed by budget funds of the Union. The procedure for forming and expenditure of budget funds of the Union is determined by Regulations on the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union.";

The subitem 1 of Item 9 of Article 92 to add 2) with words ", including by means of implementation of joint cooperation projects in industries according to appendix No. 27 to this Agreement";

3) the Protocol on industrial cooperation (appendix No. 27 to the specified Agreement) to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. For the purpose of realization support by state members of joint cooperation projects in industries which list is determined by Intergovernmental council Council of the Commission can make the decision on rendering financial assistance of their realization by budget funds of the Union.
