About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the state awards, the state aircraft, defense industry and the state defense order

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"11-1) develops and approves the Instruction on the organization of flight work in the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

"23-1) develops and approves the Instruction on the organization of objective control of flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

23-2) develops and approves the Instruction about assignment (confirmation and decrease) of cool qualification of aviation personnel of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan;".

3. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2019 "About defense industry and the state defense order":

1) in Article 1:
