About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107

1. In the text of Items 2 - and Items 2 - 4 tables 1 of appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107 "About the single questions connected with goods for private use" the words "October 1, 2023." shall be replaced with words 4 appendices No. 1 "on April 1, 2024".

2. To provide to board of the Eurasian economic commission study together with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in format of working group of question of influence of the temporary raised standards of duty-free importation of goods for private use on the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union and to inform on work progress of members of council of the Eurasian economic commission till April 1, 2024 monthly.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2023.
