1. Approve since October 1, 2023 coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions for pensions to thirty thousand som in the amount of 1,38.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To index 1) since October 1, 2023 the sizes of insurance parts of the pensions granted till October 1, 2023 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" on coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions in the amount of 1,38 for pensions to thirty thousand som, but for 500 (five hundred) som at least;

2) to provide timely recalculation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions and their payment in new sizes;

3) to take the adequate measures following from this Decree.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
