For the purpose of updating of the list of the measuring instruments which are subject to checking and intertesting interval of checking of measuring instruments, according to article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" of September 2, 2019 No. 446 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out checking of measuring instruments in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. In case of need the ensuring metrological traceability and accuracy of measuring instrument applied in the field of technical regulation are calibrated.";
add with Items 21-1, 21-2 of the following content:
"21-1. If the measuring instrument has function of setup of parameters with electronic protection, then the verificator shall use means of electronic protection. Date of the last change of settings and identification of person who made change or the accidental code which is created in case of the last setup of gage shall be fixed in the certificate on checking.
