About modification and the amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to increase in public awareness of activities of bodies of health care

In our country within reforming of health sector considerable work on forming of modern system of rendering high-quality medical attendance of the population is carried out.
At the same time there is need of increase in public awareness of results of reforms in the field of health care, activities of territorial authorities of management of health care, organizations of primary health care, and also ensuring openness of activities of data of bodies and organizations.
With respect thereto this Law makes addition to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the government on places", the providing hearing following the results of half-year local Kengashami of People's Deputies according to reports of heads of territorial authorities of management of health care, district (city) medical associations about accomplishment of state programs of development of health care, condition of prevention of diseases, forming of healthy lifestyle and healthy nutrition, and also about the main indicators of health care.
Besides, change is made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About self-government institutions of citizens", the providing hearing by descents of citizens of information according to heads of the central district (city) multi-profile clinics to whom the population, family polyclinics and Items of the family doctor on condition of health protection and the factors influencing health of citizens including sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the corresponding territory is attached.
This Law will serve ensuring openness of activities of bodies of health care, and also further increase in knowledge of the population of condition of rendering medical attendance.
