RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2007 No. 1003 and of April 16, 2014 No. 354

Based on part 9 of Article 46 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus, item 4 of Article 40 and Items 1-3 of article 98 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About the constitutional legal proceedings" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2007 No. 1003 "About procedure for expense recovery on compensation of lawyers at the expense of means of the local budget":

in preamble to replace the word of "ninth" with figure "9";

to "person accused" to add subitem 1.1 of Item 1 after the word with words ", and it is equal to implementation of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the died suspect, the person accused";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2014 No. 354 "About approval of the Regulations on compensation of some expenses connected with implementation of the constitutional legal proceedings":

in the name of the word "About Approval of the Regulations on Compensation" shall be replaced with words "About compensation";

in preamble of the word "According to Articles 39 and 97" shall be replaced with words "Based on item 4 of Article 40 and Items 1-3 of Article 98";

in Regulations on compensation of some expenses connected with implementation of the constitutional legal proceedings, approved by this resolution:
