1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2004 No. 662 "About some questions of the organization of improvement of children":
state Items 2 and 2-1 in the following edition:
"2. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization of improvement of children in recreation, sports camps it (is applied).
2-1. Determine that:
2-1.1. procedure for the organization of improvement of children in the educational and improving centers which are:
in republican property, it is determined by the Ministry of Education;
in utility property, it is determined corresponding regional (To the Minsk city) by executive committee.
In the educational and improving centers with use of means republican, local budgets (further - the right to improvement in the educational and improving centers) children aged from 6 up to 18 years (further, unless otherwise specified, - children), reached high rates in educational and social job have the right to improvement.
Within calendar year the right to improvement in the educational and improving centers can be exercised one time in the period of autumn, winter, spring vacation no more once out of the specified periods.
