About introduction of amendments to article 14.53.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Bring in article 14.53.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2022, No. 5, Art. 676) following changes:

The name to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 14.53.1. Illicit movement (transportation) by physical persons of tobacco products and (or) nikotinsoderzhashchy products";

Paragraph one to state 2) in the following edition:

"Violation of the prohibition on movement (transportation) established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation physical persons of tobacco products, the tobacco products which are not marked by special (excise) brands and (or) means of identification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and (or) the nikotinsoderzhashchy products which are not marked by means of identification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation including products which are goods of the Eurasian Economic Union, except as specified, stipulated in Article 16.21 of this Code -".
