Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 632, No. 12, Articles 2017, 2036; 2017, No. 4, Article 520, No. 5, Article 743; 2018, No. 6, Article 1187; 2019, No. 1, Article 28, No. 5, Article 797, No. 6, Article 986, No. 8, Article 1360, No. 11, Article 1692, No. 12, Article 1903; 2020, No. 6, Article 662; 2021, No. 6 (I book), Article 551, No. 7, Article 701, No. 12, Articles 1315, 1329, 1339; 2022, No. 5, Article 426; 2023, No. 2, Articles 169, 205, 210, No. 4, Article 449) in Appendix No. 3 - "The list of the permissions issued on business activity" Article 32-35 to state in the following edition:

"32. the throughput certificate on international carriages of loads and the international irregular carriages of passengers issued to operators for accomplishment of transportations by road transport between the Azerbaijan Republic and foreign countries;

33. the throughput certificate on custom transportations within the country;

34. the throughput certificate on transportation of passengers by cars of taxi;

35. permission to activities of the operator of the order of taxi;".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2023.
